ALAS PARA RENACER
(Wings to Rise Again)

Thousands of Women Lost Everything in Venezuela's Earthquake. While the world moves on, they are facing the hardest part: rebuilding their lives without a home, without an income, and without knowing how they will provide for their families. Today, you can help them begin again.

30 WOMEN. 30 FAMILIES. 30 NEW BEGINNINGS

On June 24, 2026, earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 struck northern Venezuela. Alas Para Renacer is a mission by Alas al Exito Foundation to help women affected by the June 2026 earthquakes recover the productive capacity, tools, and support they need to rebuild their livelihoods.

UNDP's rapid assessment estimated US$6.7 billion in direct physical damage, approximately 6% of GDP, with La Guaira among the most severely affected areas. Later UN estimates placed direct physical damage at approximately US$37 billion as assessments expanded. Homes were lost. Businesses were interrupted. Productive assets disappeared. Families were displaced. For many women, the disaster also took away the very tools that allowed them to remain economically independent.
